Here at Body Nirvana, I specialize in deep yet intuitive massage.

I have a nifty little office here in Ellensburg, and if you’re local, you’ll love it.

If you’re walking around with knots in your muscles, pain in your joints and so much stress you think you might be buzzing, then it’s time for a massage, my friend.

I also practice BodyTalk, a thrilling experience that allows your body to permanently release old patterns, beliefs, and trauma quickly and easily. BodyTalk restores your awesome bod’s ability to heal and to thrive.

But check this out! You don’t have to live down the street to get in on the magic. I practice BodyTalk via phone and Skype with happy clients all over the United States, and even in (yes!) London. It’s a brave new world for sure.
