Who I Am

 

I am a change agent who is lucky enough to make a living by helping other people to live their most amazing lives.

I believe that exuberant health and happiness are possible for all of us. My work is a powerful force toward the the gentle and compassionate shifting of unhelpful patterns, allowing you to achieve more in your life and to feel great.

I’m also into making stuff, writing stuff, reading great novels and going outside.

I spend all the time I can with my many wonderful friends, my husband, two charming kids, and a collection of cats, dogs and chickens.

I have devoted a lifetime to human services and the study of energetic healing, bodywork, and personal transformation.
